Overall Rating: Useful for certain decks, such as many Spell/Trap cards.
It's a drawback that it's not handless because it draws, but if you draw a Spell/Trap card, you can use it again by setting it.
Spell/Trap card-based decks can be a draw source.
In the case of monsters, there is not much of a problem as long as you deal damage to your opponent and have a lot of things that are easy to deploy from your hand.
You can use 《Phantom Hand》to make it handless by banishing it temporarily, but you can't draw unless you have no cards in your hand, so it's a little tough.

If it's a monster, it will deal draw + burn damage, but if you can't deal with the drawn monster, you may not be able to go handless, so use it intentionally.

Contrary to the Beetle, this card was once a tuner in the anime. Unique effects don't mesh well with handless draw and IF. However, she does quite well in certain decks like Handless Exo and Reloader Permission. It's a 1 draw with a small disadvantage, so it might turn into something.

Conversely, if you draw a magic trap, you will receive damage, but since it is a cheap number, there is little to worry about.
It belongs to the IF that boasts development power without a name limit of 1 turn, and if it goes well, you can aim for a large amount of draws.
However, drawing is not always a good thing in IF, which is effective by handless. If you don't have a solid way to deal with your hand, you may end up in a predicament.
It is a maverick in IF, and I have the impression that it is an expert-like card for specialized construction.

The draw effect is strong, but it seems like a bad match for his handless Infernity.
However, Level 1 for reinforcements and 《Recurring Nightmare》is simply excellent.

Infernity can accelerate the draw quite a bit, but the rate of handless collapse is quite high.
In his normal Infernity, which uses Synchro, it is difficult to have a role other than Level 1, and it is a card that is difficult to use.
However, he's not normal, he's Infernity, and he plays a central role as a draw source in Handless Exo, which makes full use of the draw power of this card and 《Cyber Archfiend》.
It's a casually supportive draw source, so there's a good chance he'll break out without Infernity someday.
